SHIPPING & HANDLING

All Nefertiti Workshop products are made to order and it takes 2-7 days to be produced.

Deliveries within Greece are handled by Geniki Taxydromiki.

International Deliveries are handled by ELTA, the Hellenic Post Office.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Standard shipping costs 5€.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over 80€.

If you are interested in Express Shipping, please feel free to contact us at nefertitiworkshop@gmail.com to arrange it. Please notice that Express Delivery costs will be paid by customer.

Customers are responsible for their country's taxes and import duties.

REFUND POLICY

We have a strict NO REFUND policy on both sale and original priced items.

If you wish to exchange your purchased item, please see the returns policy below.

RETURNS

Nefertiti Workshop wants everyone to be happy with their purchases and we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style excluding sale items.

If you would like to exchange your Nefertiti Workshop items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to ensure we can accommodate your request.
All International exchanges will need to be exchanged within 7 days of day of delivery.

All items must be in original condition and must not be worn and in original packaging.

Nefertiti Workshop does not cover the return postage costs or cost of the replacement item to be shipped— this cost is at your own expense.
We recommend using Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number.
Nefertiti Workshop is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
